I've never expected the Halloween scene in Singapore to feel like that, but it's nice to see people dressing up and doing things out of the box for once!
From school girls to witches to mummies to furry gorillas to erm. orange juice... A lot of creativity was reflected in all the costumes, and how the items are made use of to add to the costume.
For us, it was a slightly simpler job of renting rather than building our own. Theme: Alice in Wonderland (without Alice). =)
It was fun to go out in such clothes for a change, something that you will never ever do in Singapore on any other day as long as you're in the right mind. We took many photos, people took many photos of us, people not letting us leave because they want to take photos with us.... It was a chore to walk through Clarke Quay!! Much less to say, with the very heavy dress and spoiling heels that I wore. But it was a really great experience =)
